Refunds/Cancellations Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For faster and smoother resolution in case of damaged, missing, or wrong items, we strongly recommend customers to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

How to Start a Return

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve such cases faster, customers are advised to share an unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable items

  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may return the product and place a new order after return approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed damaged or incorrect product.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unused and in original condition.
