Shipping Times

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking

A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched (please check your spam folder as well).
All orders can be tracked using the provided tracking number.

Delays and Issues

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the stated delivery time, or if your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after the delivery date indicated in the tracking information.
